I have many wonderful memories of Lena.Regretfully,I did not ever make it to Arkansas to visit. She really was one of a kind.Forever I will be thankful for the kind and very generous things she did not only for me,but countless others. To her, action spoke louder than words, she did not beleive in sending you away empty-handed.From simple roots to her hard-earned accomplishments of later years, she never forgot the hardships of those near and dear to her.Acts 10,her prayers and her good deeds went before her,and will be a memorial to her.She was a friend to me,but she held a much higher distinction,Jesus called her friend, and bids her welcome. Her chair will be empty here, but she has a special place now.God Bless all of her family.
